The Christian Life Made Simple

“O Yahweh, who may sojourn in Your tent? Who may dwell on Your holy mountain? He who walks blamelessly, and works righteousness, And speaks truth in his heart.” Psalms 15:1-2 LSB https://bible.com/bible/3345/psa.15.1-2.LSB

No one is born blameless, all sin against God. Blamelessness is appropriated to people from God. Appropriation has been made possible through Jesus, Who is God, because as man He lived a blameless life, having never sinned, and being born of a virgin, did not contain the sin nature the rest of have at birth. Being crucified by God as punishment for the sin of all, His blameless life is able to be appropriated to all those who come to Him for forgiveness of their sin by faith, believing in His blameless life, His death on the cross as punishment for sin, and His resurrection from the dead as proof of His blameless and sacrificial life and His ability to resurrect from the dead all those who have loved Him to live with Him forever. Those who believe, those who have received His blameless appropriation, now live lives reflecting such work by God in their lives. Turning from sin and turning toward the work of God, those who love God seek to build His kingdom upon earth as it is in heaven. We pray for this to happen and we work together for this to happen, while waiting for Jesus to reappear and make all things new. We speak of these things, encouraging all people everywhere to repent and walk in obedience to all Jesus has commanded us. This is our life purpose, it is our occupation while conducting our vocation, that is our mission field and our means for providing our ability to complete our occupation, the building of God’s kingdom upon earth as it is in heaven.
