For those who follow Jesus and believe the end of time is near, are you experiencing increasing hate for yourself because of your love for Jesus? It is one thing to see the world crumble because it chooses to ignore God and disobey His commands. It is quite another thing to suffer for identifying with Jesus by calling men to repent and to turn to obey His ways lest they suffer condemnation upon their judgment by God. This is the warning of God in Jesus the Lord. Betrayal by those closest to us would occur in the last days. Why would our families betray us? To whom would they betray us? They would betray us because we call them to repentance, calling out their disobedience and warning them of the judgment to come. Our warning would contradict the advocacy of those in power, causing those in power to imprison and even kill those who call their deeds evil. What would be an example of this now? The evil of transgenderism, the evil of operating on children to mutilate their flesh to try and make them something God never intended. Our children learn in public school that evil is good and good is evil. If we stood with Christ, we would refute the teaching of those who oppose God’s ways found in God’s word, even to the point of alienating our children who are being brainwashed against God in our public universities. Is the end coming? I don’t know, but I do know that the faithful person, who lives forever with God in Christ, perseveres until the end by enduring the persecution that comes to those who obey Jesus and advocate His ways in the face of those in the culture who promote otherwise.
