Every business and professional man should be part of CBMC. CBMC is a consistent, intentional prayer, evangelism, and discipleship ministry for men, among men, in the marketplace. The world needs Jesus, and Jesus needs men who are unafraid to tell about Him to the world. CBMC makes that telling easy by providing luncheon outreaches where men share their testimonies about how and why they follow Jesus. To acknowledge Jesus before men, all a Christian man must do is invite a friend to lunch. When they have been consistently prayed for, this friend will hear the gospel and hopefully receive Jesus as Savior. No man has ever left a CBMC luncheon hostile to their Christian host. Yet, some who hear the gospel will not respond. A few will try and shut us down from identifying with Christ, and some will outright reject Him even in our households. This God knows that men’s hearts are rebellious against the Lordship of God from birth, yet every knee must bow, and every tongue must confess that Jesus is Lord. The gospel is the power of salvation for everyone who believes, but unless men hear it, they cannot repent. Every man should pray for every person they know who needs Jesus, then invite those who are men to a CBMC luncheon to hear the gospel through the unashamed witness of a follower of Jesus.
