“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. “All who rage against you will surely be ashamed and disgraced; those who oppose you will be as nothing and perish. Though you search for your enemies, you will not find them. Those who wage war against you will be as nothing at all. For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” Isaiah 41:10-13 NIV

This needs to be our hope, the promise we ask God to fulfill now in our days. Too long have we feared men. The DEI and woke ideology have quieted us too much and kept us from proclaiming God our Savior as we have been commanded. Trump is throwing off the shackles of fear and intimidation in these areas, so the Church must likewise show confidence and courage to identify and share truth in love. We need no arrogance or bravado like our President, but we need the courage to begin boldly identifying ourselves with Christ in the marketplace again. We need to stop being bullied by the lies that made us believe we were bigots, racists, and misogynists. We need to focus on God’s love for all people, but that love calls us all to repentance from sin and obedience to His commands, for He is a holy God, and if we are to live with Him forever, we must live holy lives. The time is now to reengage the mission of our lives, the Great Commission, for we are His ambassadors; God is trying to make His appeal to men through us for reconciliation with Him through Christ. Let us arise and conquer our fears and every idea that promotes itself above the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
