Are You With Jesus or Against Jesus?

““He who is not with Me is against Me; and he who does not gather with Me scatters.” (Matthew 12:30 LSB)  https://accordance.bible/link/read/LSB#Matt._12:30

There is this thinking among many Christians that Christianity is about praying to receive Jesus as savior then living a ‘good’ life, a moral life. The extent of this Christianity is being a nice person, a pleasant person, an agreeable person whom everyone likes. This is not the Christianity Jesus called men to when He warned that He did not come to bring peace but a sword, tension and dissension between husband and wife, parent and child, friend, and neighbor over Who He is and what God requires from us. Peace with God brings enmity with men when the means to peace is repentance and following Jesus. Jesus requires us to be with Him or else we live against Him. Where is Jesus? He remains at work seeking and saving the lost. Full engagement in the harvest field ripe with the lost is where He is and where His workers are required to be or they are worthless servants, holding no value to the King. The purpose of our following, the reason the Christian remains on earth, is to be the hands and feet that gather the harvest of new lives saved for the King. To be primarily about anything else is to miss the purpose for which God leaves us here and to jeopardize the effect of our prayer of salvation!
