Praying For God’s Mercy This Election

“The scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous, so that the righteous will not apply their hands to injustice.” Psalms 125:3 CSB https://bible.com/bible/1713/psa.125.3.CSB

A big day today in the United States. It is Election Day. Neither candidate is particularly good, but the platform of the one party is decidedly anti-Christian in that some of its policies overtly contradict the Word of God. There is great evil at the top of our federal government in all its branches, particularly in the executive and legislative branches. Corruption abounds, fueled by greed, for they are all millionaires stealing from the troughs of the people. They murder the unborn and maim the children with their corrupt policies. The depth and breadth of the evil in our government are known only by God, but the little seen is immense. Donald J. Trump must win for some of this evil to stop. He is not a righteous man by any means, but he is not in the inner sanctum of government power that has abused so many for so long, which is why they hate him so much. I pray this verse is God’s assurance that He is moving out these wicked interlopers lest they remain until He returns. Should Kamala win today, we will never have a fair election again until America is swept by revival from top to bottom. Those running the country now through dementia Joe Biden will continue to rule through Kamala. The church will suffer under these rulers, for their ways are not God’s ways. My grandchildren will never know the freedom I had as a child unless the church becomes immensely more successful because they have decided to become much more intentional at making disciples, that is, the teaching of obedience to everything Jesus commanded to everyone everywhere in America. May God have mercy on America. Today, we find out if He has begun the deconstruction of these evil rulers. If not, then His mercy will be here and there to those of His people who remain faithful to Him while suffering for Him by insisting His ways prevail in a land no longer interested in obeying God.
